Time for some dessert. You place your order at a kiosk then wait for your name to be called. I tried the shake which was amazing! I did you sit over 20 min and it seemed a bit chaotic. They had excellent customer service I was given some small fries for my high wait time and they were very tasty. The food does look good as well so I will give them a try when I come back to Grand Central Market.

This location is small but food came out fast. You order at a computer and they call your name when it's ready. It's plenty of seating because it's located in Grand Central Market. I would rate my hamburger a 7/10 wish it had more onion and less sauce. My partner gave the cheeseburger a 9/10. The fries was cool. The give you a decent amount and they were fresh and crispy. I would definitely comeback if I'm in the area. Next time I try the fried Brussels sprouts. Everything is separate so no combos. It was about 20$ a person.

The food was amazing i liked it the smash burger is the best. Customer service was excellent! I was very well attended and welcomed. They got straight to the point and made my burger! 10/10

FTW comes up in a bunch of lists of best burgers in LA and after having one, I can see why. But as you may see from the picture, the book does not match the cover. When I first opened the wrapper, I was initially disappointed because it does not look pretty at all. Looked a little soggy and smushed. But looks were deceiving because I was very happy with the flavors and textures. Their standard cheeseburger comes with grilled onions, pickles and sauce. All blended well with the crusty smashed patties and bun. Service was quick but we came before noon. Will be back!!

I got the single patty cheeseburger and added jalapeños and lettuce with a side of fries. They don't sell alcohol here but you could find some around the place. FYI it hot as hell in the food court so I would suggest taking the food to go or go in the winter lol hope this makes you try this place out cuz it was delicious

Ambiance: It's in Grand Central market downtown, so it's chaotic. There are tons of people everywhere, long lines all over the place, just like any other food court. Food: I really enjoyed this burger. It was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the fries were good and not over salted. It's definitely a solid place. Service: fairly quick for the line. Waiting, I just walked around to see what else the market had to offer, two laps around, and my order was ready. Parking over here is not great, mostly paid. So, if you plan on just going in for a quick bite plan accordingly.

Super Messy, Super Delicious. Had a double bacon smash burger with fries and their homemade sauce. This burger was excellent.

The rave about smash burgers has intrigued me more and more lately and this place by far has my favorite at $10+ I'll gladly pay for its quality. The taste is great and not overly salted. The burger was packed carefully and reflect the service they put into it. I would recommend this burger spot to anyone visiting Los Angeles as the vibe of it all is just to good to pass up.
